IBA RadioPharma Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair laboratory equipment at customer sites worldwide, with a focus on the Synthera synthesis module. The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong teamwork, and willingness to travel up to 60% of time, including weekends.

You will troubleshoot, test, document, and train colleagues while representing IBA’s high-tech cancer treatment solutions on site and during commissioning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in electro-mechanics or equivalent by experience.
• Proven experience in root-cause analysis and large-scale system troubleshooting.
• Very good oral and written skills in English.
• Very good communication skills with customers and IBA team.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain and repair IBA equipment and systems on customer sites.
• Test and debug equipment, report bugs to Development Team and verify fixes.
• Maintain equipment according to schedule and perform repairs to resolve problems.
• Train less experienced colleagues to use equipment properly and safely.
• Document interventions in CMMS with detailed, accurate records.
• Provide on-call helpdesk support and respond to client issues with the team.

Our team is searching for a Field Service Engineer with skills and passion to install, maintain and repair IBA equipments worldwilde.

As a Flying Field Service Engineer, you play a key role in our mission to treat cancer patients. You participate to the installation and maintenance of the IBA systems, equipments and technical tools on the Radio Pharma sites worldwide and more specifically related to the Synthera synthesis module part on customer’s site.

You ensure the highest quality of state-of-the-art technologies and services. You will become a specialist in the latest cancer treatment solutions and represent IBA with your “know-how”.

Challenges we trust you with

• You will help deliver a final, reliable working product within defined timelines that matches quality, performance and customer satisfaction requirements
• You install equipment/systems accordingly to the defined planning, procedure timelines and operating processes
• You debug and report bugs to the Development Team, and you are in charge of testing equipment/systems according to the specifications
• You also maintain equipment/systems according to the maintenance schedule, and repair equipment/systems taking all necessary actions to solve problems
• You train less experienced colleagues to use properly and safely equipment/systems
• You document and report interventions and actions undertaken in CMMS, with the required level of details and accuracy
• With the rest of the team, you are on call to provide a helpdesk service and respond to various problems of our clients

Skills And Qualification

You have:

• A Master’s Degree in electro-mechanics or equivalent by experience
• Proven experience in root-cause analysis and you can lead a large-scale system troubleshooting
• Very good oral and written skills in English
• Very good communication skills with customers and IBA team

And you also are:

• A driven, proactive and hands-on individual
• Able to organize your work autonomously and take initiatives
• A team player with very good communication skills
• Willing to travel up to 60% of your time, including mostly week-ends
• Willing to work different shift times, when necessary
• Capable of handling pressure in stressful situations
• Capable of adapting to different cultures and various interlocutors

Compensation Package

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 46.600 - 62.900€

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
