Wygwam, a division of Niko, invites an experienced Field Service Specialist to join the Customer Service team for on-site support of installers and professional clients. You will travel to sites to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize our solutions, ensuring systems operate reliably across varied environments.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, documentation for the Knowledge Base, and collaboration with Product Management and R&D to improve products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, electronics, or IT) or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or field service.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting electrical installations.
• Strong affinity with Home Automation, Video Intercom, Energy Management, or HVAC.
• Basic networking knowledge and AREI regulations familiarity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on location and in a team.
• Fluent, professional communication with clients, installers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various software systems.

Responsabilités

• Field Service – On-site technical support for installers and clients.
• Analyze complex technical situations and troubleshoot malfunctions or configuration issues.
• Support installers with implementation, configuration, and optimization of our systems.
• Provide proactive technical service and feed back to prevent future issues.
• Document solutions for the Knowledge Base and train colleagues on complex queries.
• Assist Customer Service with complex technical cases via phone or email.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve products and services.
