Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is seeking two electricians or hands-on specialists to move into a project-based pre-sales role. You will translate customer needs into accurate project proposals and quotations, supported by tenders and input from sales colleagues.

In this role you’ll liaise with sales, technical teams and other departments, manage inquiries primarily by phone and email, and ensure timely, professional project support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience and interest in building technology to translate customer needs into proposals.
• Ability to interpret technical information for accurate quotations.

Responsabilités

• Create project proposals for customers based on tenders and input from sales colleagues.
• Prepare quotations based on approved proposals and direct requests.
• Handle customer inquiries related to project support through phone and email.
• Maintain project mailboxes and reply within 24 hours.
• Register relevant data in the CRM system and organize project documentation.
• Ensure proposals follow department guidelines with complete information.
• Keep calendar up to date with planned proposals and tasks for smooth collaboration.
• Work with sales, technical teams and other departments to deliver quality support.
