Job summary

Zenchef is seeking a Field Sales role to grow its presence in Wallonia, focusing on Hainaut and Namur. You will introduce restaurant owners to Zenchef’s reservation and management solutions, build relationships, and convert opportunities into customers.

This field-based position requires meeting clients face-to-face, developing market insights, and achieving ambitious sales targets across the territory in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French; Dutch or English a plus.
• Passion for sales, hospitality, and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, independent mindset with field experience.
• Results-driven with motivation to hit targets.
• Strong organisational skills and CRM proficiency.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or hospitality is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel in territory.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect restaurant owners in your territory and build a sales pipeline.
• Meet owners and decision-makers in person to present Zenchef solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly targets for signed contracts and recurring revenue.
• Keep your CRM and opportunities up to date.
• Develop understanding of the local restaurant market and competitors.
