Job summary

Spadel is seeking a Sales Developer Home to strengthen our Field Sales team in the Ardennes and Southern Wallonia region. You will grow brand presence across hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility.

You will analyze sales data to plan visits, negotiate additional shelf visibility, and support promotions to drive sales. You will work with SAP C4C for activity follow-up and share best practices with the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Sales, preferably FMCG.
• Energetic, hands-on and results-oriented.
• Fluent in French with basic Dutch and English.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow presence, visibility and performance of brands in hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores.
• Ensure optimal product availability and visibility in stores.
• Analyse sales and store data to plan visits and identify opportunities.
• Negotiate additional visibility and implement local promotions.
• Support customers in promotions and ensure product availability.
• Drive Perfect Store fundamentals: distribution, shelf share, and shelving.
• Utilise SAP C4C for activity follow-up and regional management.
