Job summary

Nike Inc. in Belgium is seeking a Safety Advisor within the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work. You will assess workstations, map risks, and advise managers to protect teammates and external partners.

Collaborating with DCs and CPBW members, you will support incident investigations and translate findings into practical safety improvements while ensuring compliance with Belgian welfare legislation. Dutch and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Level 1 certification preferred, or ≥3 years of Level 2 experience.
• Knowledge of Belgian welfare legislation and workplace safety.
• Ability to work with operational teams, CPBW members and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.
• Fluent Dutch and English, strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess workstations and distribution activities; map risks.
• Advise managers on safety and health; translate findings into actions.
• Support new installations with commissioning reports.
• Investigate incidents and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
