Bpost is seeking a Prevention Consultant I to support safety at work and health policy across Brussels and Walloon Brabant. You will coach middle and first‑line management, and run targeted trainings on safety topics, ergonomics, and workplace environments.

You will collaborate with external prevention services to maintain a safe, healthy workplace, while promoting social dialogue and wellbeing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience, bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience or level 2 prevention advisor diploma.
• bilingual or very good knowledge in French and Dutch.
• Hold a category B driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Support and advise middle management in safety at work, collaborating with COE prevention experts.
• Develop and coordinate local health policy to reduce absenteeism and improve engagement.
• Contribute to business continuity by supporting crisis management and emergency plans.
• Guide and coach management in communication and interaction to boost well‑being and engagement.
