Qualifications

• Solid commercial experience in real estate or premium services.
• Proven coaching of sales teams and performance improvement.
• Strong KPI analysis and feedback delivery.
• Hands-on leadership with field presence.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team KPIs, pipelines and performance.
• Coach agents through prospecting, valuations and negotiations.
