Kingsley is seeking a Residential Real Estate Agent in Brussels with IPI/BIV accreditation and proven experience in new build/off-plan sales. The role focuses on building and developing a high-potential portfolio in the Brussels region, serving an international clientele while maintaining a polished brand image.

You’ll enjoy autonomy with freelance status and a flexible weekly structure that respects independence, working closely with headquarters to maximise property exposure and desirability.

Qualifications

• BIV/IPI certification is mandatory.
• New build / off-plan sales experience required.
• Fluency in French and Dutch is essential.

The perfect profile ?

• Higher education in real estate (BIV/IPI certified mandatory)
• Proven experience in new build residential sales and at least 3 years of experience in a similar function/field.
• Fluent in french and dutch, with a good command of english being a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, natural ease in building relationships, and the ability to inspire trust.
• Excellent knowledge of the Brussels real estate market and strong local network.
