Sebia Group in Belgium is seeking a Field Application Specialist to support the BNL Region, focusing on Wallonia-Luxembourg. You will install, demonstrate, train, troubleshoot and follow up instrument portfolios at customer sites.

The FAS acts as a SME, providing advanced product knowledge and collaborating with Sales, FSE and Marketing teams. Ideal candidates hold a science degree with 3+ years of experience, strong IT and communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biochemistry or Lab technician.
3+ years of relevant experience in the field.
Experience in the clinical lab is an asset.
Good IT and network knowledge.
Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

Install, demonstrate, train, troubleshoot and follow up instruments at customer sites.
Provide advanced product knowledge and answer complex customer questions.
Collaborate with sales, FSE and marketing teams.
Monitor installed base and promote new assays as appropriate.
Support IT solutions, LIS connections and data handling related to Sebia configurations.
Provide scientific support internally and externally.
Travel across the BNL region as needed.
