ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Facilities Soft Services Coordinator to oversee cross-functional delivery of soft services across client projects in Hasselt Region, Belgium. The role requires coordinating teams, organizing follow-up meetings, and managing service providers to ensure quality and contractual compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facility Management or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in facilities management, coordination, or soft services.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools (CMMS, ERP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of soft services (cleaning, security, catering, etc.).
• Organize and lead follow-up meetings to track progress and align stakeholders.
• Manage service provider relationships and ensure contract compliance and quality.
• Monitor and report facility performance metrics, including budget adherence and efficiency.
• Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational challenges.
