ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Facilities Soft Services Coordinator to oversee cross-functional delivery of soft services across client projects in Hasselt Region, Belgium. The role requires coordinating teams, organizing follow-up meetings, and managing service providers to ensure quality and contractual compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

Facilities Coordinator - English required - ALTEN Belgium

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Facilities Soft Services Coordinator to join our teams and work on client projects located in Hasselt Region, Belgium.

As a Facilities Soft Services Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of soft services (e.g., cleaning, security, catering, or other facility-related services).
• Organizing and leading follow-up meetings to track progress, address issues, and align stakeholders on project objectives.
• Managing service provider relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Monitoring and reporting on facility performance metrics, including budget adherence and service efficiency.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational challenges.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role, preferably in facilities management, coordination, or soft services.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and facility management tools (e.g., CMMS, ERP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings and negotiations.
• Language(s): Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch or French is a plus.
