ALTEN Belgium is seeking an Automotive Mechanical Engineer to join our Brussels team on client projects. The role focuses on mechanical design, chassis and powertrain integration, and driving feasibility studies. You will update 2D/3D models, coordinate with suppliers, and contribute to project task management.

English fluency is required, and a Master in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is expected. We offer a permanent contract, a company car with fuel card, health and group insurances,

• Master degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Catia V5.
• Fluent English required.
• Understanding of vehicle dynamics and manufacturing processes.

Automotive Mechanical Engineer - English mandatory - ALTEN Belgium

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.

As an Mechanical Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Mechanical design and integration of chassis and powertrain components.
• Support technical studies and contribute to feasibility assessments.
• Prepare and update 2D/3D models and related documentation.
• Contribute to project task management and follow-up.
• Supplier coordination and quality plan follow-up

Your Profile:

• Master Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Strong knowledge in Catia V5
• Proficient in vehicle dynamics and manufacturing processes
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Proactive and adaptable
• Fluency in English required
