ITS Group Benelux is seeking an experienced F5 Network & Security Engineer to support and optimize application delivery and security services in a large-scale enterprise datacenter. You will design, implement, and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions to ensure high availability, security and performance for business-critical apps.

Responsibilities include configuring virtual servers, iRules, SSL profiles, WAF deployment, and integration with enterprise identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with F5 BIG-IP and WAF solutions.
• Solid knowledge of data center networking and security architectures.

Responsabilités

• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and encryption policies.

• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and optimize performance.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Perform software upgrades and lifecycle management of the F5 platform.
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

We are looking for an experienced F5 Network & Security Engineer to support and optimize critical application delivery and security services within a large-scale enterprise datacenter environment. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining F5 BIG-IP solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of business-critical applications.

• Design and implement F5 BIG-IP solutions for application delivery and traffic management.
• Define and maintain load balancing and high-availability architectures.
• Configure and administer virtual servers, pools, nodes, monitors, iRules, SSL profiles, and traffic policies.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates, encryption policies, traffic inspection, and reporting.
• Deploy and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
• Integrate authentication and access management services using F5 APM and enterprise identity platforms.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Execute software upgrades, security patching, and lifecycle management of the F5 platform.
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

You have the following skills

• Strong experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, APM, AWAF).
• Advanced knowledge of IP networking and datacenter infrastructures.
• Experience with load balancing, high availability, and application delivery.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts and architectures.
• Experience with Firewall technologies such as Checkpoint and/or Palo Alto.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Languages: English, French and Dutch are highly valued.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experiences in IT
• If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it's best
• You're eager to learn, motivated and curious
