ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Senior OPS Security Engineer specializing in Firewall and Proxy Filtering Services to join our fast-paced Agile environment in Belgium. You will secure network flows, manage firewall requests, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.

You will design and optimize firewall rules, perform audits, document configurations, and collaborate with IT teams using ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in firewall environments.
• Strong skills in implementing and optimizing firewall rules, and in IPS/IDS.
• Experience with cloud micro-segmentation and security concepts.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto or Fortinet platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and automation in Excel (VBA/Python).
• Solid understanding of security principles and networking architecture.

• Troubleshoot and resolve firewall incidents and security issues.

We are looking for a Senior OPS Security Engineer specialized in Firewall and Proxy Filtering Services to join a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will play a key role in securing network flows, managing firewall requests, resolving incidents, and ensuring compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and validate daily firewall flow requests
• Implement, maintain, and optimize firewall rules and policies
