Jan De Nul is seeking an Import/Export Administrator to handle the logistical and customs administration for vessels, machinery and equipment and freight and transport. You will work from our offices in Aalst, Hofstade and collaborate with a dedicated project team to ensure compliant and efficient customs processes.

You will require a Bachelor in Logistics or equivalent experience, be fluent in Dutch and English, and bring a proactive, independent mindset with team spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field is required/advantageous.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative and energy to tackle challenges.

Responsabilités

• Arrange customs import and export administration according to European legislation.
• Set up and maintain records of movements subject to customs formalities.
• Archive all administrative documentation for transports and customs.
• Coordinate customs movements with project team and agents.
