Yokohama TWS is seeking a Customer Service specialist focused on OTR exports. You will ensure precise order processing, export documentation, and compliance while collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to deliver on-time shipments.

The role requires experience in export administration, ERP systems (SAP), and fluency in English, French and Dutch. A dynamic, international environment with telework options is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, export administration, or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and export compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take orders and advise regional Account Managers on product availability and process-related questions, while keeping them informed throughout the order flow.
• Manage export orders in the ERP system from order entry through delivery follow-up.
• Prepare and validate export documentation, including customs paperwork, certificates, and shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, customs, and internal teams to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding order status, delays, and solutions.
• Handle claims, returns, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and monitor product availability and lead times.
