Job summary

Ocean Network Express in Antwerp is seeking a Coordinator Customer Administration to manage export documentation, S/I, B/L processing and manifest handling. You will collaborate with the Customer Care team and ONECare clients to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Key duties include ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to deadlines, and proactive communication with shippers, forwarders, and colleagues. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in export documentation and shipping instructions (S/I) processing.
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading (B/L), letters of credit (L/C) and applicable trade regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist in export documentation processes, ensuring accurate handling of shipping instructions, B/L drafts and final releases.
• Oversee manifest submissions to customs and authorities in compliance with maritime regulations and deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of B/L requirements, L/Cs and trade regulations to advise customers and prevent delays.
• Execute administrative tasks including dispute resolution and customer follow-ups as required.
• Keep up-to-date with SOP changes, industry developments, and guidelines governing documentation and invoicing.
