Your Key Accountabilities

• Act as first point of contact for EC&S topics, providing clear and pragmatic guidance to the business
• Identify and assess EC&S risks related to transactions, countries, business partners, products, and end‑use
• Review selected transactions and support decision making by recommending whether to proceed, mitigate, or elevate
• Handle and document escalations in a structured way, in alignment with the Head of Global EC&S Compliance
• Work closely with Regional Trade Compliance Managers on questions linked to local regulations and specific jurisdictions
• Support the application of EC&S controls across key areas such as country restrictions, product classification, business partner screening, end‑use checks, and export licensing
• Promote awareness within the business and support the adoption of a “stop and Escalate” mindset where needed
• Provide feedback to improve policies, procedures, and ways of working based on business experience
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of the Internal Compliance Program and participate in EC&S projects and initiatives
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across Business Units and functions

Who we are looking for

• 5 years of experience in export controls, sanctions, or trade compliance
• Good understanding of export control and sanctions
• Experience in a multinational environment or advisory role
• Master’s degree in Law, International Trade, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Familiarity with trade compliance tools such as SAP GTS is a plus
• Experience in industrial or technical environments is an asset
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
