Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior IT architecture leader to guide the merger of Architecture and Product teams into a unified operating model in a hybrid Brussels setting. Immediate start, contract-ready for 3 months, with a focus on delivery excellence and operational stability across digital initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in transition management, ITIL/TOGAF/ArchiMate, cloud-native patterns, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transition management and complex project management.
• Deep knowledge of IT processes and methodologies: ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Domain Driven Design.
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Hands-on with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Gartner Architecture Frameworks including TIME for Application Portfolio Management.
• Proficient with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.

Responsibilities
