Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Executive Director/VP for the Medical Science and Strategy Team - Oncology, based in the EMEA region with travel to China. You will drive strategic and measurable business outcomes, leveraging extensive Oncology experience to support bids, client interactions and internal clinical development efforts.

The role emphasizes leadership across proposals, study design, regulatory considerations and cross-functional collaboration to expand the PPD clinical

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent is required.
• Certified Oncologist with 5+ years in pharma leading clinical development.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Active medical license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead input into significant RFPs, including development strategy and regulatory issues.
• Provide therapeutic and developmental expertise to internal teams and client engagements.
• Mentor and supervise clinical scientists; contribute to design and reporting of trials and regulatory documents.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and driving innovative oncology initiatives.
