Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking a pool of talented and self- motivated research trainees for the winter/spring of 2027. Trainees will be assigned to a dynamic regional market and guided by our top experienced analysts.

The traineeship will take place during “proxy voting season.” Our goal is to support our clients in making informed voting decisions on that occasion. As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will become an integral part of the Data Operations team.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and French.
A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law, or in the process of obtaining such a degree.
An interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research and data collection.
A good eye for detail.
The ability to assimilate large quantities of information, work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
An organized and structured mind.

Responsibilities

Assisting our analysts by closely inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies.
Performing analyses about executive remuneration and pay practices for assigned markets.
Complying with ISS STOXX methodology on pay for performance analysis and qualitative assessment of listed companies.
