ISS STOXX seeks Corporate Governance Custom Research Trainees for February 2027. Trainees join a dedicated team and are guided by experienced analysts, producing governance analyses and vote recommendations for clients in English.

The role is based in Belgium and runs during the proxy voting season, with training and exposure to global governance practices. The 4.5‑month program pays a monthly gross salary of 2,242.81€ and requires full‑time presence five days a week from day one.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English; written and spoken.
• French or German proficiency is a plus.
• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, or Political Science.

Responsabilidades

• Help analyse governance structures and deliver data, research, and vote recommendations to clients.
• Prepare reports in English explaining vote recommendations based on client guidelines.
• Support the proxy voting cycle by contributing to governance-related analyses and client deliverables.
