Job summary

ISS STOXX in Brussels is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to join the data operations team. You will help deliver data and research on compensation systems for executives and management boards of listed companies across Europe.

You will inspect public documents, analyze remuneration practices, and comply with ISS pay-for-performance methodologies, contributing to accurate insights for capital markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law or in progress.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interest in governance, executive compensation and capital markets.
• Good eye for detail and strong data skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist analysts by inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies.
• Analyze executive remuneration and pay practices for assigned markets.
• Adhere to ISS methodologies on pay-for-performance analyses.
