ISS STOXX is seeking a Corporate Governance Research Trainee for February 2027. You will join a dynamic regional market (Benelux) and work with experienced analysts to deliver data, research, and vote recommendations to institutional shareholders.

The program runs during proxy voting season; you’ll analyze governance structures, gather data, and prepare reports explaining vote recommendations. Fluency in English is required; Dutch/French preferred.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, or Political Sciences or in progress.

Mansioni

• Analyze governance structures and performance of publicly listed companies.
• Gather publicly available data from listed companies and engage with them to obtain information.
• Prepare reports detailing analyses and explain vote recommendations.
