Job summary

The Standard, Brussels, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision, manage kitchens and drive profitability across its two restaurant outlets, lobby bar, and events spaces during pre-opening and ongoing operations.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, F&B Director and regional culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supervising kitchen brigades and optimizing costs in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Lead, supervise and develop kitchen brigades across multiple outlets.
• Define and implement culinary concepts aligned with the brand and Brussels market.
• Monitor budgets, food costs and margins to optimize profitability.
• Ensure HACCP, hygiene and safety compliance across all kitchens.
