Signpost is seeking an Exact ERP expert to lead and deliver ERP/CRM integration projects across Europe. You will manage initiatives from initiation to implementation, coordinating stakeholders in multiple countries while ensuring timely delivery and measurable improvements to business processes.

The role emphasizes a hands-on implementation mindset, strong English communication, and knowledge of ERP (Exact) with CRM (Dynamics). Ideally based in Belgium, with remote possibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven affinity or experience in project management.
• Experience leading system implementation projects within an ecosystem of interconnected applications (ERP/CRM).
• Strong knowledge of Exact ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

We are currently looking for an Exact ERP expert to strengthen our entrepreneurial and dynamic team and support our continued growth. As an Exact ERP expert, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and delivery of various system integration and implementation projects. These focus on Exact ERP but are also extended to CRM, PIM systems and several in-house developed commercial platforms. You have a strong interest in defining and delivering projects that automate, simplify, or improve the efficiency of business processes.

Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, budget control, and risk analysis.

Engage stakeholders and manage expectations across different departments and countries.

Adapt and optimize systems and processes based on business needs.

Maintain transparent and proactive communication with management regarding project progress, challenges, and results.

As an Exact ERP expert, you bring the following skills:

Proven affinity or experience in project management.

Initial experience leading system implementation projects within a broader ecosystem of interconnected applications. Strong knowledge of ERP system (Exact) and CRM system (Dynamics) is required.

A hands-on mindset, with experience in personally implementing solutions rather than solely providing advice on how to do it.

Excellent spoken and written English skills. Dutch and/or French are considered a plus.

Preferably based in Belgium, although this role is also open to remote candidates.
