Signpost België BVBA is seeking an Exact ERP expert to manage and deliver ERP, CRM, and related platform implementations across multiple countries. The role blends project leadership with hands-on system delivery and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven affinity or experience in project management.
• Initial experience leading system implementation projects within an interconnected ecosystem. Strong knowledge of ERP (Exact) and CRM (Dynamics) is required.
• A hands-on mindset with experience in implementing solutions rather than just advising.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
• Preferably based in Belgium; remote candidates are welcome.

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, budget control, and risk analysis.
• Engage stakeholders and manage expectations across departments and countries.
• Adapt and optimize systems and processes based on business needs.
• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with management regarding progress, challenges, and results.
• Report to senior management.
