Job summary

Sander in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager ERP for B2B software integration. You will own several client accounts and manage associated implementation projects, balancing client needs with the platform capabilities.

You will coordinate between client, internal teams and an external partner, while overseeing budgets, deadlines and scope. The role includes run and upgrade projects with a focus on delivering value on complex ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience on the vendor side with an integrator, a software vendor or a consultancy, implementing software solutions at external clients.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch is essential; administrative rigour, diplomacy and political judgement when dealing with demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business analyst on scoping client needs: challenge requests, measure them against the platform’s capabilities and decide which customisations to retain.
• Steer the external partner delivering the technical teams, and coordinate exchanges between client, partner and internal teams.
• Follow up on run and ticketing, and lead upgrade and evolution projects.
• Identify contractual, budgetary and operational risks, and bring the trade-offs to the client.

Project Manager ERP - B2B Software Integration

Our client is a Belgian company specialised in integrating and implementing software solutions, recognised for its strong presence among demanding organisations.

Its activity combines run and build / upgrade projects on heavily customised application platforms, deployed and maintained at the client’s site.

As it grows, the company is strengthening its delivery management team and is looking for a Project Manager.

Project Manager - The Job

• Reporting to the practice lead, you take operational ownership of several client accounts and the implementation projects attached to them.
• You manage the relationship between the client, the internal teams and an external technical partner, while keeping a firm grip on the functional content of the projects.

• Manage the budgets, deadlines and contractual commitments of your accounts.
• Work with the business analyst on scoping client needs: challenge requests, measure them against the platform’s capabilities and decide which customisations to retain.

Project Manager - The Profile

• Experience on the vendor side with an integrator, a software vendor or a consultancy, implementing software solutions at external clients.
• Comfortable with the functional side of projects: you understand the solutions you deploy and can challenge an analysis or a specification rather than only coordinate. A background in functional analysis is an asset.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch is essential; administrative rigour, diplomacy and political judgement when dealing with demanding clients.

Project Manager - The Offer

• Permanent contract based in Brussels
• Salary between €4,000 and €5,500 gross per month depending on experience
