Job description

For an international manufacturing group in the Merchtem region, we are looking for a hands-on ERP Manager. The company employs approximately 100 people and is experiencing rapid growth. It is also facing a major challenge in terms of further digitalisation.

The management team places great importance on IT and views it as a strategic tool to further improve business efficiency.

The main projects on the agenda include:

• Rolling out the current ERP system in Asia.
• Optimising existing ERP processes and functionalities.

• Preparing for the selection process for a new ERP system.
• The successful candidate will work closely with an ERP Analyst based at the company's site in Germany and will report directly to the IT Manager.
• The ERP Manager will take a hands-on approach to working with the ERP system while also managing projects and coordinating external consultants.
• As ERP Manager, you will oversee ERP projects from A to Z. You will conduct analyses, translate business requirements into appropriate solutions, configure the application, document all processes and monitor project progress. You will regularly work with SQL as part of this process.
