Job summary

VeroTech seeks an EUV Patterning Process Engineer to join a high-tech R&D environment focused on EUV lithography for memory and logic technologies. You will design experiments, analyze results, and deliver robust process solutions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics or Electronics is mandatory.
• At least first working experience in microelectronics processes and process improvement is mandatory.
• First experience in a cleanroom is mandatory; hands-on cleanroom/R&D experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of advanced lithography and patterning technologies is a plus (193 nm, EUV, High-NA EUV).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUV patterning development activities from experimental planning to process delivery.
• Design, execute and analyze experiments for EUV and High-NA EUV lithography process development.
• Translate data and insights into concrete process improvements.
• Collaborate across process integration, lithography, etch, metrology and electrical test teams.
• Report technical progress to team leads and project stakeholders.
