Job summary

4PS by Hilti - Belgium seeks an International Key Account Manager Europe to grow strategic international accounts and align multiple country teams around a single customer strategy. You will build relationships with executives and board members, drive multi-year plans, and identify growth opportunities across the 4PS portfolio while traveling across Europe.

You bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree and extensive senior account management experience in ERP, SaaS, or digital transformation, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree required with extensive senior account management experience.
Proven track record in developing and growing strategic customer relationships internationally.
Fluency in English and either French or German, plus ability to manage multi-year plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow strategic international accounts across Europe.
Create multi-year account plans focused on value, growth and collaboration.
Lead negotiations with executive and board-level stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-country account teams to align on a single customer strategy.
Identify growth opportunities across the 4PS portfolio and translate insights into actions.
Travel regularly throughout Europe to engage with customers.
