ESN, Brussels-based international communications agency, is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to shape clients’ digital presence with paid and organic campaigns across platforms.

You will plan and execute social media strategies, manage influencer collaborations, analyze performance, and contribute to multilingual campaigns for EU‑focused clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in paid social media management; 3 years acceptable if EU campaigns were part of the scope.
• Strong understanding of a wide variety of online platforms and proficiency with social media tools such as Meltwater.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C2) with other EU languages a plus.
• Clear and concise communicator able to work effectively with internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with broader communication goals.
• Setting up and managing paid and organic campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
• Overseeing influencer partnerships and outreach.
• Creating and scheduling innovative and engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Setting KPIs, monitoring performance metrics and preparing regular performance reports.
• Working with the wider team to execute social media strategies as part of wider digital, multilingual campaigns.
• Staying up to date with trends and innovations in digital communication.
