Generations Recruitment is recruiting for a Commercial Manager with a solid background in fruit trading and B2B food sales. You will own the full commercial cycle, sourcing on global markets and selling purées and fruits to industrial customers, interacting directly with the MD and Commercial Director.

You will open new accounts and geographies, focusing on France and Italy, and build an international prospect pipeline in a flat, autonomous environment with fast decision-making.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in fruit trading or B2B food sales.
• Understanding global markets: harvest dynamics, pricing.
• Dual procurement/trading and sales profile is essential.
• Experience selling to industrial food manufacturers and a strong network.
• Autonomous, hands-on, not a big-structure corporate executive.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Source and trade fruit raw materials on global supply chains
• Track harvests, pricing and market dynamics, and manage buy/sell positions
• Develop recipe and application ideas and present them directly to customers
• Grow revenue at existing accounts by opening new recipes
• Open new accounts and new geographies, with a clear focus on France and Italy, and no territory limits
• Build and manage an international prospect pipeline
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits and industry events
