NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Technical Team Leader to oversee front and back office operations for a European Institution in Brussels. You will manage daily activities, plan resources, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements across teams in a highly international setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with substantial leadership experience, strong IT product knowledge, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience as Team Leader are required or Master degree and 5 years of experience as a Team Leader are required.
• Extensive experience coordinating proximity support teams and leading technical staff.

Responsabilités

• Daily operational team management of Front Office and/or Back Office teams, including planning, task definition, SLA review, quality control, risk analysis, escalation, and reporting.
• Resource management: shifts, holidays, projects, costs, timescales, and resource estimation for service level targets.
• Proactive interaction with hierarchy and stakeholders; improve processes and track progress against plans; provide regular reports.
• Costs monitoring and taking corrective actions to stay within tolerances; manage change control procedures.
• Provide effective leadership to ensure team motivation and skills development; guide team in daily activities.
