NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an IT Support professional for a European Institution in Brussels. The role covers LV1/LV2 incident handling, service desk duties, and on-site support to end-users, including VIPs.

You will liaise remotely and on-site, analyze incidents swiftly and maintain thorough records, contributing to quick resolutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Brussels office-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English and French mandatory both written and oral.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be an asset.
• You have IT skills (Windows, AD, MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Receiving calls and emails, first-line customer liaison.
• Single Point of Contact for end-users (VIP).
• Conduct swift incident analysis to ensure effective resolution.
• Prioritize first and second-line customer interactions for outstanding first call resolution rates.
• Maintain meticulous records of incident and problem information.
• Provide expert support remotely and on-site to deliver timely solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in reconfiguration and installation of PC environments.

Responsibilities

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

• Receiving calls and emails, first-line customer liaison.
• Single Point of Contact for end-users (VIP)
• Conduct swift incident analysis to ensure effective resolution.
• Prioritize first and second-line customer interactions for outstanding first call resolution rates.
• Maintain meticulous records of incident and problem information.
• Provide expert support remotely and on-site to deliver timely solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in reconfiguration and installation of PC environments

Requirements

Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

• Minimum of 3 year of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in both English+French mandatory both written and oral
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be an asset
• You have already IT skills (Windows, AD, MS Office)

Languages:

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
• Excellent knowledge of French - Level B2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
