NTT DATA Europe & Latam seeks an experienced Application Services Project Manager to lead complex TELCO BSS projects (CRM, billing, order management) across multinational environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure governance and high-quality delivery from design through hypercare.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT project management within multinational settings.
Proven delivery of complex IT transformation, integration, or migration programs in telecoms.
Strong TELCO BSS domain knowledge (CRM, billing, order, product catalog, mediation).
Experience managing full lifecycles from design through deployment and hypercare.
Excellent stakeholder management across senior leaders and distributed teams.

Responsabilités

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of TELCO BSS IT projects (CRM, billing, order mgmt).
Manage all delivery phases: requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, hypercare, closure.
Define scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Maintain detailed project plans and dashboards; provide executive reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners; ensure quality and governance.
