Cadence is looking for a Contracts Program Manager based in Brussels to support business development and proposals for European Government-funded programs. Your role involves collaboration with sales, legal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Cadence objectives.

Key responsibilities include representing Cadence with the EU Commission, developing opportunity pipelines, mitigating contract risks, and guiding teams on commercial considerations. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required along with experience in government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience across multiple stages of government contract negotiation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics industries.
• Knowledge of EU government funding programmes.

Responsabilités

• Represent Cadence with the EU Commission on government initiatives.
• Engage with partners to develop opportunity pipelines.
• Assess contract terms and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to negotiations with customers and regulatory bodies.
• Guide teams on commercial and operational considerations.
• Identify and escalate risks to management.
• Maintain understanding of Cadence products and processes.
