PwC Belgium is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions within our Advisory practice focused on European initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts and technology teams to design practical, value-driven solutions.

We value a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields, with strong client-facing capabilities, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis/consulting/transformation environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a client-facing context.
• Build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Attention to quality, risk awareness and compliance, including GDPR.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business needs and technology solutions to deliver tangible outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops with institutional stakeholders and technology teams.
• Analyze and document regulatory, operational and functional requirements.
• Lead project planning, resource estimates and delivery roadmaps.
• Define testing strategies and coordinate business validation activities.
• Support business development, identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.
