PwC Belgium is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions within our Advisory practice focused on European initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts and technology teams to design practical, value-driven solutions.

We value a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields, with strong client-facing capabilities, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis/consulting/transformation environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a client-facing context.
  • Build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Attention to quality, risk awareness and compliance, including GDPR.

  • Analyse business challenges and translate stakeholder needs into clear functional and IT solution proposals.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with institutional stakeholders, business representatives, subject matter experts and technology teams.
  • Build robust business cases supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Document, analyse and assess the impact of regulatory, operational and functional requirements on processes, systems and organisations.
  • Structure complex information, identify risks and opportunities, and formulate practical recommendations for clients.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and proactively communicate project progress, dependencies and decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Define user acceptance testing strategies, coordinate test cycles and support business validation activities.
  • Contribute to project planning, work breakdown structures, resource estimates and delivery roadmaps.
  • Explore how digital, strategic technology solutions and innovative ways of working can enhance client outcomes.
  • Support business development activities, identify opportunities and contribute to proposals and client discussions.
  • Act as a trusted ambassador of PwC, building strong and lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What we will expect from you

We're looking for a motivated professional who combines analytical excellence with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering meaningful results.

  • Hold a Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Public Administration or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, management consulting, business consulting or transformation environments.
  • Demonstrate experience delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously within a client-facing context.
  • Build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and diverse teams.
  • Take ownership of deliverables, proactively identify solutions and consistently focus on quality outcomes.
  • Apply critical thinking to break down complex challenges and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
