The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in advisory or transformation environments, with strong client-facing delivery and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Engineering, Economics, Management or Information Systems).
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or transformation environments.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple complex projects in client-facing contexts.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business challenges and translate stakeholder needs into clear functional and IT solution proposals.
• Facilitate workshops with institutional stakeholders and technology teams.
• Build robust business cases supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Document and assess regulatory, operational and functional requirements impact on processes and systems.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, communicate progress, and manage multiple workstreams.
