EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Business Analyst based in Brussels, Belgium, fluent in English, to serve as an expert bridging business and IT for a major European Institution. The role covers liaising with stakeholders, eliciting needs, creating Vision and Business Case documents, and supporting the software development lifecycle with modelling and documentation.

You will work on on-site engagements at client premises or company premises, with a focus on Agile and large-scale administrative

Qualifications

15 years IT professional experience combined with a degree in IT.
Experience defining product scope and requirements elaboration.
Experience negotiating with business and IT actors; UML knowledge.
Experience with large organisational administrative processes.
Experience with iterative project management methodologies (e.g. Agile).
Excellent knowledge of business analysis, modelling, tools and techniques (use cases, ER models).
Excellent command of the English language.
