Victaulic in Belgium is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to support regulatory compliance and ESG reporting across European legislation. You will monitor signals from CSRD, CBAM, EUDR, and translate them into actionable steps for engineering, sourcing, and supply chain teams.

You will coordinate data collection, maintain dashboards, and ensure audit readiness while building scalable processes and digital tools for sustainability programs. Fluent English required, additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability, compliance, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to interpret European sustainability legislation and translate them into operational actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize into conclusions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any other language is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and interpret European sustainability and environmental legislation, turning insights into actionable steps.
• Support sustainability and product compliance programs; assist with CBAM, CSRD, EUDR activities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to collect, validate, and analyze sustainability and supplier data.
• Maintain dashboards, heatmaps, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and data management, including digital tooling.
