Flint is hiring a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager with a focus on EU energy, environment and sustainability policy, with 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field.

Flint is a business advisory that helps clients navigate policy, political, regulatory and competition challenges at national, European and global level. We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven individual with the following skills and experience:

Your Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise and experience in EU public policy and regulation, with solid knowledge of energy, environment sustainability policies. Prior professional experience in one of the EU institutions is a plus.
• Outstanding analytical skills, enabling you to provide tailored strategic advice on complex policy and regulatory matters
• Excellent written and oral communication skills allowing you to engage with both expert and non-expert audiences.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to drive and deliver client projects autonomously
• A collaborative approach to work vis-à-vis your teams, your clients and other external stakeholders
• Proficient written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
