Flint is hiring a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager/Director with a focus on EU technology, digital and/or competition policy, with a minimum of 5-6years of relevant experience in the field.

We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven individual with the following skills and experience:

Your Skills and Experience

1. Demonstrated expertise and experience in EU public policy and regulation, with solid knowledge of technology, digital and/or competition policies, including platform regulation, artificial intelligence, online safety and cybersecurity. Prior professional experience in one of the EU institutions is a plus.
2. Outstanding analytical skills, enabling you to provide tailored strategic advice on complex policy and regulatory matters
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills allowing you to engage with both expert and non-expert audiences.
4. Proven project management experience, with the ability to drive and deliver client projects autonomously
5. A collaborative approach to work vis-tto your teams, your clients and other external stakeholders
6. Proficient written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
