Flint is hiring a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager with a focus on EU energy, environment and sustainability policy. The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset within a leading global consultancy that advises on policy, regulation and economics across European and global markets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in EU public policy and regulation, with energy/environment/sustainability focus.
• Strong analytical capabilities for strategic policy advice.
• Excellent written and oral communication for expert and non-expert audiences.
• Proven project management experience delivering client projects autonomously.
• Collaborative approach across teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Proficient written and spoken English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
