Job summary

Flint Global, Ltd. is seeking a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager/Director with a focus on EU technology, digital and/or competition policy.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience and a proactive, solutions-driven approach to navigating policy challenges at national, EU, and global levels. The candidate will engage with clients to provide strategic policy advice, work across teams, and contribute to delivering impact on complex regulatory issues, including AI, online safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in EU public policy and regulation, including technology/digital/competition topics.
• Strong analytical capabilities for tailored strategic policy advice.
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse audiences.
• Proven project management with autonomous client delivery.
• Collaborative mindset across teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; other EU languages are a plus.
