Flint Global, Ltd. is seeking a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager/Director focused on EU technology, digital and competition policy. The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to advise clients on complex regulatory matters.

The candidate will work with top officials and industry leaders, delivering strategic guidance and project leadership across Europe. English proficiency required; other EU languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Flint is hiring a Public Policy and Public Affairs Manager/Director with a focus on EU technology, digital and/or competition policy, with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field.

We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven individual with the following skills and experience:

Your Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise and experience in EU public policy and regulation, with solid knowledge of technology, digital and/or competition policies, including platform regulation, artificial intelligence, online safety and cybersecurity. Prior professional experience in one of the EU institutions is a plus.
• Outstanding analytical skills, enabling you to provide tailored strategic advice on complex policy and regulatory matters
• Excellent written and oral communication skills allowing you to engage with both expert and non-expert audiences.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to drive and deliver client projects autonomously
• A collaborative approach to work vis-à-vis your teams, your clients and other external stakeholders
• Proficient written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
