Job summary

The European Space Agency (ESA) Bruxelles office in Brussels invites applications for an Intern in the EU Relations Office. You will work under the Head of Office to support EU institutions engagement and communications.

As a university student, you will monitor policies, prepare briefings, summaries and follow-up actions, and collaborate with colleagues across functions to help advance space policy and governance in Europe.

Qualifications

• Must be a university student, preferably in your final or second-to-last year of a Master’s program.
• Enrolment at the university must be maintained for the entire duration of the internship.
• Working languages are English and French; knowledge of one is required.

Responsibilities

• Support EU Relations Office activities, including monitoring EU discussions and preparing briefings.
• Assist in drafting reports, presentations and background materials.
• Attend meetings and events, producing summaries and identifying follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with experts across disciplines to understand policy and governance in space.
