EdgeConneX is seeking an experienced Director of EU Policy & Regulatory Affairs based in Amsterdam or Brussels. You will monitor, analyze, and advocate on EU and national legislation affecting data center development, construction, operations, and power procurement across Europe, translating complex policy into clear, actionable intelligence for leadership.

Qualifications

7 to 10 years of EU policy or public affairs experience.
Strong command of EU legislative processes and Brussels politics.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in political science, law, European studies, or public policy.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other EU languages a plus.

Responsabilités

Monitor, analyse, and report on EU and national legislation affecting data center development and energy procurement.
Develop and execute EU and national policy strategies aligned with business priorities and permits access.
Represent EdgeConneX before EU institutions and national authorities; participate in industry coalitions.
Coordinate with internal teams to align policy strategy with business objectives and energy transition needs.
Prepare policy briefs, horizon scans, and talking points for leadership and external engagements.
